The main rip contains the full game including all cars, tracks and in-game sounds (engines, sirens, crashes and environment sounds).
The speech addon mainly adds the police radio chatter heard during pursuits.
The only things that remain ripped are the movies (consists mainly of the intro) and the music (the less said about it, the better).
